1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PixelWorksTraining, owned and operated by SOCIAL FUSION PTE. LTD. (referred to as "we", "us", "our" or the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Token System & Purchases

We use a token-based pay-as-you-go system. By buying Pixel Tokens on our platform, you acknowledge that:

• Tokens are digital license points utilized solely to unlock downloadable premium design assets.
• Payment is secure and processed through authorized partners (Stripe / WondersPay).
• As per our Refund Policy, unused tokens qualify for cash refunds within 14 days of purchase. Used tokens are non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property. When you unlock a material/asset using your tokens, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to download and use the source file for your personal or commercial design products. You may not resell or redistribute raw files on competing asset stores.

4. 1-on-1 Custom Design Orders

When ordering custom designs from our professional designers:

• You must specify guidelines and requirements clearly in the booking form.
• Designer prices are stated in tokens and deducted upon order agreement.
• Turnaround times and revisions depend on the respective designer's availability and details.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event will we or our designers be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Singapore, where SOCIAL FUSION PTE. LTD. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
